Shipping

Insured courier nationwide. Free on orders over R 2 500. Machines are double-boxed and signature-on-delivery. Pargo pickup points are available for parcels under 20 kg.

Cooling-off returns

Unused equipment in original packaging may be returned within seven days of delivery for a refund, less the direct cost of return shipping, per the ECT Act.

Faulty goods

Within six months of delivery you may return faulty goods for repair, replacement or refund, at your choice, per the Consumer Protection Act. After that, the manufacturer warranty applies.
