Who we are

Black Coffee Lab (Pty) Ltd, registration 2026/000000/07, trading from Woodstock, Cape Town. All prices are in South African Rand and include 15% VAT.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may cancel and refund if stock is unavailable or a price was displayed in error, as permitted by the Consumer Protection Act.

Electronic transactions

In terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel an online purchase within seven days of delivery without reason, subject to the returns policy.
